How do credits work?

Credits are our virtual currency for agent creation and usage. Agent interaction costs 10 credits per minute, agent creation with ImagineX costs 100 credits, and API or SDK usage costs 3 credits per minute. Your plan's credit allocation refreshes with each billing cycle. If you want to use more credits, you can get unlimited credit top-ups each at 1000 credits for $10.

What happens when I share my agent?

When you share your agent, each user who interacts with it will have the conversation time deducted from their own credit balance. You're only charged for creating and maintaining the agent.

Do credits roll over?

Credits do not roll over between billing cycles. At the start of each new cycle, your credit balance resets to your plan's allocation.

How do plan changes work?

You can upgrade to Creator plan any time. If you downgrade to Free plan, you will have access to your credits until the end of your charged billing cycle.

Cloud-hosted agents work in any modern browser. For local deployments (Enterprise), we'll provide detailed specifications during onboarding.
